You know there are mornings where you finish all the coffee and consider the drive through later, but occasionally there's a cup or two left in the pot. Pour the remains into an ice-cube tray to use later for a cup of iced coffee. Pop the cubes out and put them in a labeled freezer baggy. I use this same method with left over broth, pesto and sauces. Save now, enjoy later!
Ah, such a good idea! This has just inspired me to attempt coffee-flavoured popsicles....Ever since purchasing my popsicle molds from Ikea I have been going nuts with them.

What a great idea! I do it with broth and pesto, but never though about coffee... probably because I only drink my hot, but for those mornings when it's too hot and I don't have time for it to cool...
