Iced Coffee Cubes

Good morning Monday!

iced coffee cubes

You know there are mornings where you finish all the coffee and consider the drive through later, but occasionally there's a cup or two left in the pot.  Pour the remains into an ice-cube tray to use later for a cup of iced coffee.  Pop the cubes out and put them in a labeled freezer baggy.  I use this same method with left over broth, pesto and sauces.  Save now, enjoy later!

  1. Ah, such a good idea! This has just inspired me to attempt coffee-flavoured popsicles....Ever since purchasing my popsicle molds from Ikea I have been going nuts with them.

Popped over from SITS and loving the blog!

  3. What a great idea! I do it with broth and pesto, but never though about coffee... probably because I only drink my hot, but for those mornings when it's too hot and I don't have time for it to cool...

    Happy SITS Day!

  18. Love this idea! We are fans of iced coffee, but it always gets watered down if we add ice cubes. Never thought of making ice cubes out of coffee. Genious!

By the way, happy belated SITS day!

    Cheers,
    Kristina
